To help Me Technologies conserve cash, Block Law Office has negotiated an innovative alternative fee arrangement that delivers outstanding value for predictable costs.

Catapult, LLC
Catapult, LLC has been building apps on iOS and other platforms and providing programming chops and expertise to companies that need it since before the iPhone was invented. It is responsible for some best-selling and innovative apps, including the hit games Trenches and Trenches II, and the computational photography app StayFocused. Block Law Office has helped them with every aspect of their legal existence, from formation to contracts and beyond. For example, at one point Matt Block helped Catapult collect from a bankrupt debtor: using a creative and pragmatic approach that recognized the hidden value in various assets, Matt helped Catapult secure rights to a catalog of IP in lieu of the cash it never would have been able to collect.
